Pre-Production – Let’s Get to Work

Our first step is to get on a call with you to learn more about your project and brand video production vision. Frozen Fire always wants to be as thorough as possible to make sure that we are on the same page about your corporate voice over video.

We also understand that every business has a budget, and you need to know how much a project like this will cost. We customize our proposals depending on a few pricing factors. After you inquire with Frozen Fire and we set up our initial conversation, here’s what you can expect us to ask you that will determine the pricing on your video:

• Equipment – What types of equipment are needed? Do you need any specialty items such as drones or gimbal, etc.?
• Location – Do you have a location in mind? Do you need help finding a location?
• Script – Do you need help creating a script for the voice over?
• Talent – Do you need help finding a corporate voice over actor?
• Graphics – What kind of graphics are you looking for? Do we need to purchase stock footage?
• Production time – How long/how many days are needed to capture the necessary locations and footage?
• Deliverable – What is the desired length of the final video? Are there any other edits in mind?

Once you agree to our proposal, we will set a date, time and location for the shoot.

Production – Time to Film

Here’s what you can expect on our filming day(s):

• Our team will arrive at the agreed-upon location to unload and set up our equipment.
• Before the shoot, we will send a ‘call time sheet’ which will lay out our filming schedule.
• Once we are all set up, we will begin production!

Regarding the script and voice over:

• Frozen Fire has partnerships in place with a variety of corporate voice over actors and will be able to send you samples to choose from ahead of recording.
• Once the script is finalized, Frozen Fire will coordinate the voice over recording session to use in the edit.

Post-Production – Finalizing Your Video

After the footage has been captured and voice over recorded, we will begin the editing process. Our in-house editors will spend time creating graphics and piecing everything together to properly tell your brand’s story. Once we have a draft ready, we will send the corporate voice over video over for your approval. Plus, if something didn’t come out quite as you imagined, we are always happy to work with you to revise it!

Once everything is finalized, your video will be ready to publish!
