The Frozen Fire team is absolutely amazing. I’ve been working with them for a little over a year now on different projects. From photos, videos, travel projects, websites, and now a monthly retainer – Mindi and her team know how to get things done and get them done with extraordinary execution and delivery.

I first started working with Frozen Fire when we needed a corporate video done. It was a bold request from me to get drone and land footage in three different states, but it was no problem for Mindi and her team. I worked with Natalie as well, and they were all amazing in logistics, footage, editing, and production.

Then we needed a new website (two actually), and again, it was no problem for Mindi and her team. This time, I worked with Ericka as the PM for the project and she was so incredibly wonderful and understood my needs and my tight timeline.

Now, to help with our ongoing needs, we have Frozen Fire resources as a monthly retainer and I could not be more excited. I know Mindi and her team will take care of us and listen to our needs and concerns. Thank you Frozen Fire for an amazing, professional, friendly and fun experience at our recent fundraiser Feast on the Creek! This agency is so easy to work with! Throughout the entire project we were blown away with the level of attention to detail and care shown to us. We are by no means their largest client, but they still treated us like VIP’s. If you need a creative team without the run-around I recommend giving them a call!
